1. General Information: Stock Availability

We strive to keep accurate stock information on our website, but occasionally, there may be stock discrepancies. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding the backordered item. You may choose to wait for the restock or request a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These charges will be collected at the time of purchase, and the final price displayed includes all shipping costs.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We gladly accept returns for change of mind, provided the request is made within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, and they must arrange their own shipping. Once the return is received and approved, we will issue store credit for future purchases. We will notify you via email once the process is completed. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

We honour valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving your items. Customers are responsible for pre-paying the return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful claim approval. Once we receive the warranty item, it will be processed within 7 days. We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services. Couriers are not available for these addresses.

We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are unavailable for these addresses.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will hold your entire order until the item is available. Existing items will be reserved.
